What our clients say
Amazing service by this company from the estimate process through the removal and restoration. I received a fair price, efficient and professional service, and everything was completed in one day. This work was completed on a busy road and with utility lines running through the work area as well. All was completed as promised and our place looks great! I would highly recommend BTS to any of my friends or family and will certainly be my first call for any future work. Thank you again!!
Professional, quick, and competent! We had two huge trees that needed to come down, and one was extremely close to the house. Both trees were down, cut up, wood removed within 3 hours and there was no damage to the property- not even the new grass coming up in the yard under the one tree!
Wonderful experience! They did a great job! Fair pricing!
BTS made an incredibly challenging tree removal project look almost effortless. We had 10 massive trees hanging over our house and BTS handled everyone with incredible precision, skill and confidence. From start to finish, safety was clearly their #1 priority.
BTS was one of the very few local companies with the proper equipment, experience, and qualifications to take on a project this challenging. Their 70-ton crane, 100-foot arborist lift, and much more specialized mobile equipment made it possible to safely tackle a job most companies simply can't handle. Even the small details stood out - leaf blowers, brooms and a crew that kept our property immaculate throughout the multi-day job.
I was impressed with the entire BTS staff from their office team, tree removal crew and the accomplished crane operator. Everyone was friendly, communicated well and our property was treated with the same care as they would their own.
BTS has the equipment, expertise, professionalism and most importantly the people to get any job done right. Five stars all the way!!!

Great service, excellent communication, quick work.
Very professional and cleaned up the mess when they were done. Thanks 😊.
Organized crew that worked together like a well-oiled machine. Impressive work removing our damaged very large tree.
I highly recommend BTS Tree Services! During a storm, a very large pine tree came down in our backyard and landed right beside our house. I called BTS the next day, and they showed up to assess the situation within 30 minutes of my call. Within just a few hours, they had a full crew at our house ready to get to work.
They removed the large downed pine and also took care of the damaged branches on another tree that had been hit when the pine fell. The entire crew did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and left everything looking great when they were finished.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded, especially following a storm when I’m sure they were very busy. Great service from start to finish. I would absolutely use BTS Tree Services again and highly recommend them!

Great service. They responded to our tornado damage perfectly!
Took all precautions to not damage my property while doing a herculean task of craning out 16 large trees.
The crew was amazing and did a great job taking down our tree and did a great job cleaning up. We will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a tree removed.
I enthusiastically recommend BTS after their removal of a 70+ year old silver maple I inherited when I bought the property. It looked healthy but was infested with root rot (Ganoderma sp) that was diagnosed by PSU's Plant Clinic. It was located in the backyard of a tightly packed residential neighborhood, and of course, had my electrical line and those of the whole neighborhood running through or near its canopy. BTS had to lift giant tree sections over my house in order to get the tree to the vehicles that would haul it away. They did so with professionalism and efficiency and the whole job was completed in less than 4 hours.
We are very pleased! They did a wonderful job. We would recommend you to anyone that needs tree service.
I have used BTS Tree Services on a number of occasions for both lot clearing and tree work at our house. They are always punctual and helpful. They work quickly and safely and they have the right equipment for the job. Overall a great experience!
BTS Tree Services has always done an amazing job! They are prompt, respectful, thorough and best priced in the area. I appreciate Nick, Robert and team for all their hard work. Thank you for taking care of our needs. I know how busy you are, but you really came through for us!
BTS Tree Services took a tree down for us in a tight area. They did a really good job and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely use them again.
Amazing!!!! The crew came in fast, got it done, no problems, no mess. A+!!!!
The best! Professional employees and Nic was great. We had a HUGE tree removed, and he had the equipment that removed it in an hour and a half. That was crazy! Thought they would be here for hours. So fast! Definitely would recommend.
BTS did an outstanding job from the start, estimating the tree removal (2 spruce pines), to safely and efficiently removing the trees located next to a 6’ privacy fence, to completely cleaning up and removing the tree trunks and all branch debris. Nic, Devon and Justin get 2 thumbs up!!
What great service they give! They took down two trees for us, cleaned everything up, and we are very proud of the work that they've done. Our yard looks amazing. Thank you, BTS!
Excellent service. Fast response. Great company with the right equipment. Will be on speed dial.
Great working with the crew at BTS Tree Services.
BTS is a top shelf company. Recently removed 3 large trees in PPL right away and did an outstanding job. The entire crew was excellent!
Got an estimate for tree trimming and after we approved it, we only had to wait about 3 weeks till we got the work done. Guys showed up on time and were very respectful with putting down planks to not run on the grass with machinery. Lower level branches were trimmed back and larger ones that were against the house and upstairs window were cut back. Everything was totally cleaned up when they were finished. Very nice people to work with and we'd highly recommend them and use them again.
I had a small tree removed. Job went fast and cleanup was thorough.
After the big winds here in central PA, we had a tree fall halfway and lean on another in our driveway, posing a safety concern for anyone coming in or out of our driveway. I called the emergency number and heard back from Nic within a few minutes. He was at our home within an hour, and was so kind and thoughtful in helping us decide the best approach. A few hours later his crew came and took care of it, with minimal collateral damage to other nearby trees. BTS is truly a joy to work with, reasonably priced, and they do fast, clean and great work.
I’ve used BTS three times for tree removal and stump grinding services. They do quality work for a fair price. They’ve removed trees on my property that I wouldn’t do on my own because they were too close to our home and on a slope. They have all the tools and skills needed to get those sketchy jobs done right. This week I had a tree removed near my driveway and they accidentally dropped a limb on my mailbox, crushing the mailbox and post. They had a guy out within less than an hour with a new mailbox and post almost identical to my old one. They installed it correctly with numbers on the box and post just like I had it. Everyone makes mistakes! These guys were honest and up front about it, and took care of it the right away. I’ll continue to use BTS for my tree services.
Removed large branch that snapped but was still partially attached and removed numerous other branches already on the ground. Excellent, warm and friendly service. Exceptional clean-up, quick and well priced service.
This is our second time using BTS to have trees trimmed. They are very professional and do a very great cleanup job.
Arrived on time, efficient and respectful and clean up afterwards. Would and did recommend.
BTS delivers! They do what they say and get the job done right. So far, I’ve met Joe, Kevin and Nic, the owner. All great guys to work with. I’m grateful to be a loyal customer, and I’m looking forward to their help in the future.
BTS did a great job for us. We used them at the restaurant for tree work. They were professional, timely and had great communication. Kudos to Corey and the crew!
Dependable - these are good people.
These folks are top notch professionals. Punctual, and OSHA compliant. Despite some misunderstandings regarding the work I needed done, their team was courteous and professional toward me, and completed the job at no additional cost to me.
I've worked in the commercial construction industry for over 25 years and BTS Tree Services is the most proficient and safety oriented tree removal companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I would recommend their services for both residential and commercial tree services.

BTS is the one to hire for your tree needs! They were very polite and considerate of our property. They took care of removing one tree down to a stump and trimming the other one to the height we requested. They had no trouble crossing the bridge to come to our property which most other companies hesitated about. They were able to take care of our tree liabilities without any concerns or issues. Their prices are very reasonable. We were also very appreciative at how well they cleaned up. They cleaned up so well that you didn't even know they were there.
Always amazing work.
We had 3 trees fall over and needed cleaned up, there was a small issue, but the good part that impressed me was that it was taken care of the same day and without any hassle. I have been in management most of my life and I know how hard it is to get others to do a good job, especially nowadays. I recommend this service and I'm sure I will need them again. I have 6 more trees that probably need to come down.
The guys were amazingly quick and efficient, cut, removed and craned the heavy sections over the house and finished cutting/ trimming at the road and loaded 3 trees inside of a few hours. Stumps will be ground next. I highly recommend them for your trees.
BTS did a great job pruning & shaping an out-of-control cherry tree and a Jane magnolia-even with high piles of snow right under the tree.
Workers showed up exactly on time and took down a huge white pine. In about two hours everything was done and cleaned up. Very professional job - highly recommend.
The customer service and communication along with a job well done was a very welcomed experience. I would not hesitate to call them again!
I received great customer service with outstanding communication. They came out to look when they said they would, did the work the day they said they would. Left my yard without any traces that they were there. I will be using their services again!
Although the time scheduled was delayed, once the crew came the were quick, professional and pleasant. I will engage them for other jobs.
They were here when they said they would be. The crew was very nice and they did great work and had the job done quickly and they cleaned everything up. GREAT JOB GUYS. I am sure you will be back.
We had two large trees in our backyard we needed removed. Excellent customer service and done in a timely manner. We will be recommending them to our family and friends.
The guys did a wonderful job, neat, clean very little chips left on the ground, which I appreciate. Thank you very much.
Second time using BTS, these guys are great! Very professional and excellent clean up.
From our initial phone call, BTS was prompt and communicative. Quick to stop out to give us an estimate. The estimate was received within 24 hours of them being out. The estimate was thorough, detailed and gave us options that would best suit our needs and our budget. We were able to electronically make our selection(s), and submit a deposit. Within two weeks our service was scheduled. On the day, the employees were professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Their work was meticulous as was their clean-up. We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Thank you. We will not hesitate to reach out again for future tree removal needs.
BTS came in on time and did a great job of cleaning up and trimming 2 large 70-foot trees to allow more sunlight and separation. Austin and the rest of the crew were respectful, hardworking, and treated the job as if they were working on their own property.
The crew did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and cleaned up the work area.
I have a client that had a large white pine blow over recently. I went in, cut it up and contacted Corey on a Sunday and he had the large grapple truck out on Monday at the exact time he said it would be there. Operator Devon cleaned up everything very nicely and was gone. Very smooth, thank you.
BTS did an amazing job at our house! We had overgrown trees and they took care of them asking questions before cutting anything. The crew was very professional. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.
Dropped a chestnut tree that was hung up in another tree.
BTS does great work. They did a great job trimming my large trees and clearing up after. Have used them multiple times and will continue to.
They were fast and fairly priced. Thank you!
The three young men who removed the tree debris and cut down the mess around the shed were professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. They did the job and cleaned up the work area. Very nice young men.
Great company to work with in regards to communication, scheduling, and the work was done efficiently. Would highly recommend them!
Austin was great. Great personality and did a fantastic job. Norma was also very helpful and always got back to me.
Handled the complexity of downing multiple trees with a road and power lines nearby. Completed the job in a timely manner.
Professional services, the job was done efficiently and quickly. My husband and I were impressed with the service received. No damage to the surrounding area, no plants were harmed. They cleaned up the yard. It looks better than it did before they started.
Crew did a great job and cleaned up the debris very well.
They came with a giant crane and lifted a large tree up and over our house. They put down heavy sheets of wood to protect our driveway and our lawn. Great job on the cleanup. In 3 hours, you would never have known they were here (except for the missing dead tree).
I cannot say enough good things about BTS, from point of initial inquiry, they were spectacular. Norma was wonderful with coordinating the quote and got back to me so fast, and when I approved the job, they were out the next day and had 5 trees down before lunchtime. We got one price much higher and one price a tad lower, but the exceptional customer service response really sold us on working with BTS. They are prompt, they care, and they don't mess around! Thank you, BTS Tree Services, for your expert work!
Nick and his crew did an unbelievable job. They took out 4 trees and pruned 2 others. Fantastic cleanup as well. Highly recommend them. They completed everything in 6 hours👍
Received estimate 10:00 AM tree was off roof by 5:00 PM same day. Removed all debris and left yard cleaner than it was when they got here. Great job. Thank you.
The guys were on time. The team was really well organized and thorough. They did a terrific job cleaning up after. And also very polite and personable!
Excellent team of polite and courteous young men. They worked efficiently with surgical precision on a very difficult removal. Was impressed with the first-class equipment used. A most entertaining project to observe. Kudos to BTS. Looking forward to having them return for more trimming.
Expert tree trimming and spotless cleanup.
Thank you. Great crew, very pleased!
We had a tree fall on our house. I called BTS and they told me they would get somebody out the same day. One hour later, their estimator was at our house. He looked over the situation. He then contacted his crane crew to see when they would be available. The crew arrived at around 4 o'clock that afternoon. They were friendly, professional, and very skilled. Their work was deliberate and careful. They did not rush. They took their time and were careful not to do any more damage. I highly recommend their team. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and their work quality is top-notch. Thank you, BTS Tree Service. You came to our rescue and made a bad experience better.
Came out quickly and did job efficiently.
BTS was super responsive and respectful and they did great work. Highly recommend this team.
Excellent job, finished quickly. I will call them to remove another tree in a few months.
